We love transparency and simplicity, so we don’t use difficult words and try to keep it as simple and basic as it is.

Who we are and how you can reach us

Hi! I am reBel.la. Our homebase is Amsterdam. The most useful numbers for you to know are 70729026, this is our Chamber of Commerce number, and NL001894876B50 which is our company’s VAT number.

These terms and conditions apply if you buy or have purchased something from us. We do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. It states what we do for you and what we expect from you. Sometimes we have separate conditions for a product. In that case, these general terms and conditions also apply.

Our offer

We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And of course what it costs and whether you can exchange it. Error on the product page? Of course you can hold us to that. Unless the mistake is clearly a blunder and you could have known that in advance.

Our prices

We are always honest about this, so that you are not faced with surprises.

  • All prices include VAT.
  • All prices exclude shipping costs. These costs are calculated based on the delivery address. Our homebase is the Netherlands, so generally speaking the further you live away from the Netherlands, the higher the shipping costs.

Ordering products

When you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once we have finished processing the order and handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will again receive an e-mail. This also includes all the information regarding your order. Lost your digital order? No problem. We can always provide you a new document.


Our payments in our webshop are facilitated by WooCommerce Payments and Mollie, both secure and trustworthy payment systems. Only payment methods that have been screened in detail are allowed. Therefore, the payment methods we offer in our webshop are safe and secure.

We only ship products after we have received your payment. Typically, this is instantly when you order in our shop. However, when the bank transfer option is chosen, this might take up some days. 

There is always the possibility that things don’t go as expected. Is something wrong with your payment details? Let us know.

Delivery & fulfilment

We are super happy that you are interested in our products, so we make sure your order is handled with care and even a bit of love.

We strive to get your order in your hands as fast as possible. We will handle your order within one, max two working days after we have received your payment. That means that your order will be ready for shipping. However, we are dependant on our shipping supplier, which is PostNL, the Dutch Royal Mail Services.

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery. Typically, it takes

  • max 2-3 working days within the Netherlands
  • max 5-7 working days within Europe
  • approx 7-12 working days globally, but this may even be longer these days 

In principle, if you can order it on our website, we have it in stock. Can’t we deliver it? Then you will get your money back.

If your order is damaged or lost before it gets to you, it’s our fault. We will therefore solve it for you as soon as possible.

Keeping our promises & warranty

We do what we promise. And we are always honest with you.

You are entitled to a good product. Punto. Is there something wrong with it? Then we will of course solve this for you. We always follow the law. Unless we don’t think that’s enough: then you get an extra warranty. If this is the case, we always put that on the product page.

Right of withdrawal

Sometimes things just don’t work between you and your product. In that case, you can return the product within 15 days of receipt. We’ll send you a new product or you’ll receive your payment back within 5 days.

Product not okey on arrival?

Unpack your package your way and view the product from all sides. Are you not happy with it? Then don’t do anything with it that you wouldn’t want someone else to have done before you with your purchase. If you do, you may get less money back for the product.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment back within 5 working days.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What you cannot return

Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned:

  • For any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted.
  • For any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, only partial refunds are granted.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Our products don’t have the highest prices. So it does not make a lot of sense to ship returns in case of low volumes. Most importantly, because this has quite a carbon footprint. Besides that, it costs a lot of money which in most cases will not be in balance with the value of the product.

So, in case you have a problem with the product you share with us the issue and include images or a video that shows the problems with the product. If agreed that the product needs to be replaced, we will take care of this and send you new products.

If we do agree that you need to return your product, please contact us for the address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What you can expect from us after returning

Have you indicated within 15 days that you want to return your order? Then we do this. In all cases we will send you a confirmation of your request

Replacing the order

  • We get in touch to determine if we just replace your order without returning the original product or whether the products need to be returned
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will send you a new product. See for delivery times the paragraph ‘delivery & fulfilment’


  • We will check your request and we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days.
  • You will receive your payment back within 5 working days.

Is your refund late or missing ?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Do you have a complaint? We find that very annoying. So annoying in fact, that we have several emergency plans ready in case you have a complaint. This way we know for sure that we can solve this for you as quickly as possible.

Let us know quickly if you have a complaint and describe your problem as clearly as possible. Then we can help you best.

You will receive an answer from us within 2 working days. We’ll help you right away, or you’ll hear how much time we need to put it right.

You can also submit a complaint about our products or service to the Dutch Home Shopping Organization via Thuiswinkel.org. But we prefer to help you ourselves. If we talk about it properly together, it will probably be solved in no time.


Are we really not sure? Then you can decide to submit the case to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee within 12 months via www.degeschillencommissie.nl/over-ons/commissies/thuiswinkel. We would be really sorry about that. But we respect your choice.

Modifications and terminations

These terms of use may change from time to time. If such changes are made, they will be effective immediately, and we will notify you by a notice posted on our website’s home page of the changes that have been made. If you disagree with the changes that have been made, you should not use our website. We may terminate these terms and conditions of use for any reason and at any time without noticing you.
